2025 was an incredible year of change and focus for us here at Painted Pieces. Losing some and gaining others seemed to be the wave that we were on and we couldn’t have done it without your ideas, projects and support. We want to feature some projects that we couldn’t share during the year and give little commentary on how each of these projects were done. Thanks to our talented team of artists and designers who brave the cold and heat, rain and sometimes snow to get these projects done timely and with the utmost detail. 

The Elephant in the Room

No project is too small or big. We had the great opportunity to add some stressed lettering to the historical Elephant hotel in Somers New York. This technique added an awesome aged style to the lettering that make it legible but give it that old school feeling that brings out the history of this establishment

Moving up the Billboard Charts

We had a slew of amazing, creative billboards this year. From designer brands to new and upcoming musical artists. Our crew did some amazing work bringing these projects to life. A lot of time and attention goes into these temporary works of art and I wanted to thank the companies that put faith on us to give the project done timely. This year expect more amazing murals and we’ll share where these project are so if you’re in the area, stop by and say hi.

Pharmacies and more Pharmacies

It was a great year to add a professional & creative spin on those pharmacy windows. We had a Great mix of old and new clients coming to us to attract new and existing customers to their storefronts. We try to focus on what they need to advertise, whether that’s prescriptions or services like Free Delivery. Each Pharmacy has different goals and we excel at highlighting them to their clientele.

Room with a View

Couldn’t end the year without a fun kid’s mural for a fantastic family on Long Island. Dino Ranch is a very popular show that lil ‘Nico loves so why not surprise him with his favorite characters on his wall. We love painting these kinds of murals for families. Not only do they bring a creative feel to a plain wall, they also ignite the imagination of the children who learn and play in their rooms.

Making a Statement in Hell’s Kitchen

We had the great opportunity to collaborate with AMA Electric Sign Co. and Romer Hotels to bring a bold new mural to life in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Romer wanted to make it clear—they’re here to stay.

Our talented artists, Fernando and Sawyer, braved the heights to hand-paint some stunning lettering that now welcomes passersby along 8th Avenue. Once the mural was complete, the team at AMA added their signature signage to cap off the project.

Painting the Playlist w/ Spotify

We were thrilled to team up with Spotify to bring their vision to life through this ambitious, full-scale, hand-painted mural — featured in one of Brooklyn’s highest-traffic neighborhoods.

Projects like this wouldn’t be possible without the hands, hearts, and talent of our incredible crew. Our muralists are the reason this wall sings.

Prescription for Perfection

We had the chance to design the window art for 7 Star Pharmacy in Brooklyn. Since it's located near Kings County Hospital, we wanted to create something that not only looks great but also works as an effective advertisement—showcasing 7 Star’s services and the brands they carry. The goal? To grab attention, bring in foot traffic, and give the pharmacy a polished, competitive edge.

Every pharmacy has a different window setup. Since 7 Star sits on a corner, it needs to catch eyes from all four directions. Our design strikes the right balance between art and information, making sure people can spot the pharmacy whether they’re across the street, walking by the door, or even waiting at the traffic light.

Each pharmacy has its own personality, and the design should match both the brand’s vision and the community it serves. For 7 Star, that meant highlighting its connection to the neighborhood and nearby hospital. We focused on artistic vignettes that blend a sense of tradition with a modern touch—something warm, welcoming, and visually striking.

“Mess with the bull, you get the horns” We teamed up w/ RedBull & our friends at Heritage Outdoor for this creative ad for the 3x3 Basketball World Finals.
