Breakthrough Murals

The great thing about a hand-painted billboard is that it stops people in their tracks. Not just because we're painting it in real time, but because of the story and the subject behind it. There's something undeniable about watching a face emerge on a wall, stroke by stroke, in the middle of a city block.

For the past couple of years, we have had the privilege of bringing Amazon Music's Breakthrough campaign to life in Downtown Brooklyn. The series spotlights emerging musical artists, and each mural is its own creative challenge. No two are the same.
